CPDA “Illyu Voivoda” in the town of Kyustendil aims at providing the clients from the country an opportunity to have fulfilled life in an accessible and positive environment surrounded by care and attention.

CPDA is situated in the quiet health resort town of Kyustendil famous for its mineral springs for millennia. It is situated among beautiful scenery and splendid views near to the Osogovska Mountain and the orchards. Buildings were constructed and an adjacent park was created for the needs of the clients. The infrastructure was overhauled, rehabilitated and equipped with modern facilities according to the EU requirements.

CPDA Ilyu Voivoda in the town of Kyustendil was established in 1971. It is a centre licensed by the Ministry of Social Affairs. It is registered according to the Law on Social Support and acting according to the provision of Art. 36 of the Regulation on the implementation of the Law on Social Support relating to the specialized institutions providing social services.

The institution was established with the only and high-minded aim of providing living conditions which will allow people over the age of 18, accommodated in it, to receive high quality services, real humane attitude, living environment, feeding according to the individual health condition and to enjoy conditions of unrestricted regime of stay.

Gaining experience from the good EU practices the management of the institution is striving to practically introduce the best care, services and socialization of disabled people domiciled in the Centre.
